Gallery 7 4 Cromwell Place, South Kensington London SW7 2JE, UK Alisan Fine Arts is excited to announce our debut in Asian Art in London with a group exhibition titled Contemporary Chinese Art. The exhibition will also be the gallery's debut show at Cromwell Place. For this special occasion, we will showcase seven Chinese contemporary artists, including 4 internationally acclaimed artists: Chinese diaspora Chao Chung-Hsiang (1910–1991) and Walasse Ting (1928-2010), ink master Lui Shou-Kwan (1919–1975), contemporary ink artist Wang Tiande, as well as a new generation of women artists: Man Fung-Yi, Zhang Xiaoli, and Zhang Yirong. Their creations reach beyond the boundaries of Eastern and Western cultures and traverse ancient and modern times. There will be daily talks and tours. Details as below. Shelagh Vainker is the Curator of Chinese Art at the Ashmolean and Associate Professor of Chinese Art in the faculty of Oriental Studies.
