Watercolours by Zao Wou-ki

Prince's Building, Hong Kong
Past 2003-09-19 - 2003-10-11

Comprising fourteen watercolours from 1950 to 1994, this exhibition also presents Zao Wou-ki's long history of artistic development, from the early poetic figurative to the meditative abstract of the later days. Because of the nature of the medium, these watercolours convey a stronger spontaneity and etherealness than his oil paintings.
