Ho Kwun-ting
Introduction
Ho, born in 1988 in Hong Kong, studied in the United Kingdom for five years, then returned to Hong Kong and received a BA in Fine Arts from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2013. His creations tend to use black outlines to sketch daily life objects or images from memory. He attempts to apply a Gongbi drawing technique on his sculptures thus transposing the strokes into a 3-dimensional space. Ho creates an ethereal form that conjures the old missing memories, beliefs and endless imaginations from his childhood.
